I think my Microsoft account has been hacked

I have been told that my email account will be SHUT DOWN because of emails compromising others with bad language

and other stuff. This is NONE of my doing, but because how BAD it apparently has got, I voluntarily asked for my email

address ******@hotmail.com to be closed/shut down permanently to resolve this issue, BUT for some reason beyond

my understanding this HAS NOT BEEN DONE! WHY I DON'T KNOW! I have created a new email account/address to replace

this one and it is up and running, although not receiving much mail yet, ( most was **** anyway ) BUT can someone PLEASE

explain to me WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON! For best results DELETE/DESTROY ******@hotmail.com because it is occassionly

reinstalled on my computer and all I then get is complaint emails from MICROSOFT about the harm it is doing? WHY WON'T THEY

SIMPLY DELETE/SHUT IT DOWN???????

Hello, my microsoft account has been hacked, and the mail has been changed, I report and microsoft always say I don't have enough informations but I keep try. And now this guy changed again the mail, how I can try to get my account back? When I contact the support I have to get the current mail, I have the first and second mail, the password. I bought Minecraft with microsoft and that's why I used this account.
