    Dear h. s.1

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are having trouble on your hacked account.

Let me help you protect your account.

First try our self-help recovery site, which will ask for your email address or phone number and display the appropriate self-help or provide an opportunity to speak with an agent:

How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account - Microsoft Support

If you still have access to your account , I recommend that you activate double authentication and add an authenticator on your mobile phone, this will simplify your login process and increase the security of your account, you can refer to the link below

Sign in using Microsoft Authenticator - Microsoft Support

How to use two-step verification with your Microsoft account - Microsoft Support

If you can no longer access the email and phone number associated with your account, you can try to recover your account by filling out the account recovery form.

This form will ask for certain information to verify your identity, such as your name, date of birth, and any other email addresses or phone numbers you used to sign up for the account.

Even if the hacker has changed our current verification information, there is still a good chance that we can recover your account as long as we fill in the correct initial registration information for your account.

To access the account recovery form, click here: Recover Your Account (live.com)

I suggest that you take your time to provide the necessary information, as this is critical to recovering the account.

Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support

If the above program does not help you, the following link can be used to contact the customer service staff of the account number:

    1. Open a site link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "Tell us your problem so we can get you the right help and support.", enter MSA, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Customer Support" below.
    3. In this section, you need to register a personal Microsoft account

    Note: You can only use a personal MSA to register, and the company account cannot display the correct content. If the account cannot be logged in, you can use another account or create a new account to execute;

    1. Select "Other Products" in Products & Services, select "Manage account security" as a category, and click to confirm
    2. You can select "Chat with support experts in web browser" to enter the chat window.

I hope the programs I have provided will help you protect your hacked account.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

    Sincerely,

    Hardyjoe.J|Microsoft Community Support Specialist

How do you recover your account if you have been hacked and criminal activity is happening right now and the hackers have changed the password and I have changed my phone number, I cannot use the recovery form as tried this 5 times now to no avail.
