i think my microsoft account has been hacked

I only have 2 outlook accounts presently. No windows no iPhone or pads no PC. My 2 accounts are ******@outlook.com and ******@outlook.com. Anything more than that means someone else is in my accounts. Please help me

My bank called me this morning (3/16/2025) (Truist) and told me about a bill for $129.99 and they think this is a hack. I do not recall making this payment in the past. They have closed my account and are sending new cards. I have been on the phone from 9:00 trying to speak to a human. I can't complete all of the info you are asking for. PLEASE - LET ME SPEAK TO A HUMAN so I can fix this!
