I think my Microsoft account has been hacked

I think my email had been hacked. The 2 step authentication has old information on it so I can not get a code can I have help to update that information please and then help me make sure the hacker has no access to my email. They are requesting $500

I need someone with Microsoft to check & let me know if there is an employee named James Anderson , emloyee # MS159753 there that is legit. They are running scans on our PC thru their Ultraviewer program & has control over our PC. Said we had 69 hackers….on dark web etc to scare us But my husband called # on screen. There is not a # to call for Microsoft!! Other than than one on screen. Just this online stuff.

I want to confirm IF this is a scam!!

Hi.

My hotmail ******@hotmail.com.tr suspended because i entered wrong password severeal times. My main email is ******@hotmail.com, and could not receive code to enter my ******@hotmail.com.tr without password. At last it is blocked. Please ublock it.
