I think my Microsoft account has been hacked

I have been told that my email account will be SHUT DOWN because of emails compromising others with bad language

and other stuff. This is NONE of my doing, but because how BAD it apparently has got, I voluntarily asked for my email

address ******@hotmail.com to be closed/shut down permanently to resolve this issue, BUT for some reason beyond

my understanding this HAS NOT BEEN DONE! WHY I DON'T KNOW! I have created a new email account/address to replace

this one and it is up and running, although not receiving much mail yet, ( most was **** anyway ) BUT can someone PLEASE

explain to me WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON! For best results DELETE/DESTROY ******@hotmail.com because it is occassionly

reinstalled on my computer and all I then get is complaint emails from MICROSOFT about the harm it is doing? WHY WON'T THEY

SIMPLY DELETE/SHUT IT DOWN???????

My email account ******@hotmail.com has been hacked, and you threatened to SHUT IT DOWN so I created a new one to REPLACE this one, BUT YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO? WHY? I have created a new email address for myself ie ******@outlook.com but you still have NOT closed ******@hotmail.com and this confuses me because you gave the impression this was what was needed to happen? So are you going to close this account or what? Every time I reinguage with this account I get the same old messages regards to clousure so what do you actually want to happen here? have already replaced my email, email address and can't/won't create a NEW backup email address until you either FIX or DUMP kenfitz54@hotmail altogether!

I got a cryptic email from my own account. It was something about sendig pictures / movies of me to my contactlist in whats app and sms/texts.

I just want to make sure that you have this and could stop this things.
