I think my Microsoft account has been hacked

I have an another go to account to receive a verification code on. It appears to be hacked as well. Both accounts allow me to sign in. But do not progress beyond the blue envelope, that, as if on a loop, opens and closes; never progressing to the email messages. When I refresh the page, it goes back to ‘sign in’ and it starts all over again.

My acount: ******@hotmail.com has been hacked, what should I do against that? I already tried to change my password ( A complex one) but it doesn't work, the hacker can still change the password after that.

Eu penso que a minha conta de email hammet_******@hotmail.com foi hackeada. Reportei sempre os email de spam e fishing mas agora quando abro a conta, a linguagem é russa e não consigo alterar para idioma português.
