I think my Microsoft account has been hacked

My bank called me this morning (3/16/2025) (Truist) and told me about a bill for $129.99 and they think this is a hack. I do not recall making this payment in the past. They have closed my account and are sending new cards. I have been on the phone from 9:00 trying to speak to a human. I can't complete all of the info you are asking for. PLEASE - LET ME SPEAK TO A HUMAN so I can fix this!

Aujourd’hui lorsque je regardais mes courriels, j’ai vu que des messages concernant des changements de mot de passe dans mon compte instagram et mon compte Sony, on été ouvert vers 15 a 16h. Je n’ai pas ouvert ses messages la et donc quelqu’un d’autre a accès à mon courriel.

Hello, I think my account has been hacked. Today when I was checking my email, I saw that messages about password changes in my instagram account and my Sony account, were opened around 3 to 4 pm. I didn't open those messages, so someone else has access to my email.
