My Outlook account is not downloading or sending messages. I am able to login and I have used the sync button. Anyone else had this happen and know how to resolve it? I've used the Microsoft help and it was not helpful at all!

All of a sudden outlook will not send or receive emails. always asks me to sign in
After spending many hours trying to sort out the problem, it started working again....
Good to hear it started to work again.
I am using New Outlook, and mine did the same a few days ago. Then, suddenly, it stopped working after about two days, so I am again reverting to the Gmail browser UI.
With it working and then failing intermittently, I am at a loss as to what to do.
