How do I fix Outlook is suddenly not sending or receiving emails?

It looks like you found the problem source. I, too have Microsoft 365, so I might have the save problem. will try to fix later this week. the Spectrum Webmail is OK but not the best.

How do you switch to Spectrum Webmail? And will that affect Microsoft Office, because it seems they are connected some way, even though I am able to access Office. And this happened about the same time as everyone else. I still can get my emails on my ipad, thank goodness.

I am continuing to get intermittent outages, meaning New Outlook works for a couple of days sending and receiving email messages and then stops working. Stops working means I can still use the application to read existing messages or create a new one but that is it - nothing arrives and I can send. I can access all of my other Office applications without any problems.

I have yet to find any resource at Microsoft that seems to help. Thank goodness the Gmail Web UI still works, as it as for years. Mostly likely I will revert back to it and uninstall New Outlook, even though it is a much better mail environment.

I've not been able to send or receive emails since Friday 7th February. I've spent hours trying to sort it with no luck. Most of the help is of no help whatsoever. Microsoft on-line help indicated that if I purchased the Microsoft 365, I could chat with an advisor....! I recently had to reinstall Microsoft Office, so maybe that is part of the problem...someone on here had installed Microsoft 365 and couldn't then send or receive emails until the Microsoft support person moved him to the old version of Outlook and he was able to get Outlook working again. As I already have Microsoft Office, I don't really want to pay £84.99 for Microsoft 365. I will keep trying...
