My Outlook account is not downloading or sending messages. I am able to login and I have used the sync button. Anyone else had this happen and know how to resolve it? I've used the Microsoft help and it was not helpful at all!

I have also tried the recommended fixes, but no luck. Any recommendations on what to try or is this a known problem that is being worked on? Any update?

I cannot receive or send emails in my Hotmail/Outlook account since 1/28. Have been trying to contact support for help. Still waiting to see what is the issue. If someone tries to send me an email, it says there is a problem with recipients mailbox.
Had the same problem starting 1/31. I tried the advice given in the thread but no success. I did check with Best Buy's Geeksquad (where I bought my laptop) and they mentioned that anyone with a IMAP type email account used by Roadrunner on Spectrum (uses .rr in the email address) is no longer compatible with Outlook. The change was recent and the Geeksquad tech noted that they have had a number of recent cases of Outlook users with Roadrunner email accounts reporting receiving and sending email problems. The solution was to switch to using Spectrum Webmail (which isn't as good) but I can get emails on my laptop again. Of course, receiving my emails on 2 phones and a tablet (not using Outlook) are no problem. Hope this helps!
