My Outlook account is not downloading or sending messages. I am able to login and I have used the sync button. Anyone else had this happen and know how to resolve it? I've used the Microsoft help and it was not helpful at all!

classic doesn't have a toggle - some programs don't work with the new., ultimately if you wish to pay for 365. for the new look. I have classic for home use since its a twc conversion to spectrum., my work is run on 365 which is in the new look, you might to select each separately user, each might run on different programs.
Still not working
Does anybody have a phone number to talk to a REAL person in support for Outlook. Havent been able to find any number.... #$%@!.. I used to be able to talk to a real person person support a few years ago. But Ohhhh Noooo not anymore.
Re Desktop Outlook not sending/receiving emails - I simply closed Outlook and when I opened it again 'All folders are up to date' appeared :)
