How do I fix Outlook is suddenly not sending or receiving emails?

How does someone contact Microsoft to get help?

Unable to receive emails.

I do not receive emails on my computer whereas I get it on my mobile phone.

Please refer to Ref 7066645390 of 07/2/2025 which problems exist now again.

Please help because I am not good at computer stuffs and I am an elderly person.

My Outlook account is not downloading or sending messages. I am able to login and I have used the sync button. Anyone else had this happen and know how to resolve it? I've used the Microsoft help and it was not helpful at all!

I am in the same boat..

Can't receive or send emails from either of my phone or laptop..

Won't even let me sync one drive either..

All I want this stupid code to show up that I have been after for almost a week..

Pretty much this whole thing is broken..

Even used got these code's sent to my other email and haven't shown up yet..

I lucked out by uninstalling outlook and Boom - it reset... I did move all possible .ost mail files (older stuff that was in my) inbox to a pst that I had open. I thought I may have to reinstall but no. It was still there and when I opened it was downloading emails - I use MS Office 365.
