My Outlook account is not downloading or sending messages. I am able to login and I have used the sync button. Anyone else had this happen and know how to resolve it? I've used the Microsoft help and it was not helpful at all!

I FIXED IT. you need to be sure to reinstall all components of your office program if you have office 2024, I had not installed the excel.. components outlook be sure to use old outlook style version. new version (focus and other) will not work. my system automatically set my email configurations. I am up and running.

I lucked out by uninstalling outlook and Boom - it reset... I did move all possible .ost mail files (older stuff that was in my) inbox to a pst that I had open. I thought I may have to reinstall but no. It was still there and when I opened it was downloading emails - I use MS Office 365.

Can't receive or send emails from either of my phone or laptop..
Won't even let me sync one drive either..
All I want this stupid code to show up that I have been after for almost a week..
Pretty much this whole thing is broken..
Even used got these code's sent to my other email and haven't shown up yet..
