My Outlook account is not downloading or sending messages. I am able to login and I have used the sync button. Anyone else had this happen and know how to resolve it? I've used the Microsoft help and it was not helpful at all!

When a new email comes in it immediately disappears and I can not find it in Inbox, Junk or trash. Also when I send a file it does not show up in sent file. Also the system is very slow. When someone sends me a file it may not show up for sometimes a half hour. I really need to talk with someone that can walk me through the corrections needed. IN addition, on my Surface computer no new emails are showing up since December of 2024.

    Help!!!
