My Outlook account is not downloading or sending messages. I am able to login and I have used the sync button. Anyone else had this happen and know how to resolve it? I've used the Microsoft help and it was not helpful at all!

You have my sympathies. Fortunately, my issue resolved itself with no help from Microsoft who were virtually uncontactable!

To all those who have had trouble receiving or receiving emails you have my sympathies. Personally, I think Microsoft should have a proper help desk that can assist with these issues. I had trouble but fortunately it was resolved without any help from Microsoft who were virtually uncontactable!

Why in the world is Microsoft not reaching out and solving this problem that seems to be very common? Most of us do not have the technical skills to work around this. This appears to be a problem caused by the software itself!

Starting last night (March 11) the new Outlook stopped sedning or receiving emails. Switching to the classic Outlook works.

I also had 2 accounts linked to Outlook. Now, only one shows; both show in the classic Outlook.

Also - the classic no longer has the toggle to switch to the new Outlook.

Is this a known issue? How to resolve?
