Using the New Outlook for Mac features in business environments
I can't receive emails on my computer.
How do I fix Outlook is suddenly not sending or receiving emails?

My Outlook account is not downloading or sending messages. I am able to login and I have used the sync button. Anyone else had this happen and know how to resolve it? I've used the Microsoft help and it was not helpful at all!

2025-03-29T14:54:03+00:00 my email worked for 3 days it said i needed another acct to continue do not want another acct do not really want one at all..but my wife is sick and need one for medical reasons it gave me the alternative to send me a code to my phone and put in to verify myself. put in code and new codes several times and tells me not valid codes so now what!!??

2025-03-24T00:40:59+00:00 Re Desktop Outlook not sending/receiving emails - I simply closed Outlook and when I opened it again 'All folders are up to date' appeared :)
