Using the New Outlook for Mac features in business environments
All of a sudden outlook will not send or receive emails. always asks me to sign in
How do I fix Outlook is suddenly not sending or receiving emails?

My Outlook account is not downloading or sending messages. I am able to login and I have used the sync button. Anyone else had this happen and know how to resolve it? I've used the Microsoft help and it was not helpful at all!

2025-02-16T04:06:10+00:00 I have had the same problem. I can send and receive my charter.com emails on my iphone and kindle but not on my desktop. My son and I worked for hours trying to resolve the issue. I had no problem with my old Outlook, but this new Outlook is a hot mess.
