How do I fix Outlook is suddenly not sending or receiving emails?

My Outlook account is not downloading or sending messages. I am able to login and I have used the sync button. Anyone else had this happen and know how to resolve it? I've used the Microsoft help and it was not helpful at all!

    I reset the app and it didn't work, plus all the mail is gone.

    Bad answer!!! WRONG answer!!!

    It has something to do with DMARC!!!

    4 months have turned into 5 months. I changed my dmarc in my outlook. had to buy monthly subscription from DMARC. Had to work with GoDaddy because they host my Microsoft email for my business.

    This has been very frustrating and extremely time consuming for just the basic receive emails.

    Still no answers from Microsoft that have even touched on an accurate solution
