How can I stop all the unauthorized login attempts from around the world?

I've had a huge increase of people trying to sign in to my email account the past few days. As in multiple attempts every hour, every day, from all of the world. I've had to change my password daily and I'm worried about my email getting hacked. Is there any extra security or anything else I can do other than the two factor authentication that can protect my email from being hacked. It's insane the amount of login attempts that are happening lately. Multiple attempts at the same time in different ends of the world. I've never had this happen before. Will it decrease eventually?

My computer technician has advised that I need to delete this email address and create a new email address. I cant understand why, with technology these days, why these emails are even getting through! No use reporting them as there is not a sender address (although I have tried with hundreds). Getting around 50 spam emails a day. I have had enough!

On discovering by using PWNED (a password checker) on a google search, i was informed that my email account password had been breached? I have just changed my password.

Looking at my "attempts to log in, i noticed multiple attempts from abroad to unsuccessfully log in to my email.

I am also starting to receive emails which i think are called "sexploitation" emails claiming that i have been viewing adult web sights when i have'nt, and they are demanding money, else they will send video evidence of my actions to all of my contacts.

I am totally aware that these are scam attempts and i have deleted the aforementioned emails

Can you advise of any further security that i could use to block these attempts. As you can see from my date of birth i am approaching 74 years of age and my IT knowledge is extremely limited.

Any further advise would be greatly appreciated

    Tony Moses

Will I still be able to send email as my "hidden" email address as described in your response?
