I understand that you received an unsolicited CAPTCHA. The following diagram illustrates the possibility of an unsolicited code.

If you just received an unsolicited code out of the blue, the odds are that someone incorrectly entered an address (whose address may be similar to yours) when requesting the code.

    Does anyone read messages when they first get them? I didn't say I needed a single-use code. I said I regularly get emails sending me such a code. STOP IT!
