I understand that you received an unsolicited CAPTCHA. The following diagram illustrates the possibility of an unsolicited code.

If you just received an unsolicited code out of the blue, the odds are that someone incorrectly entered an address (whose address may be similar to yours) when requesting the code.

Please ignore the email for now and observe if you continue to receive such emails please let me know again.

    since the 3rd of february which was 4 days ago i have receved 13 single-use codes and of all of this i didn't request none so i am guessing someone is trying to use my account. Can you figure something where is my account being used from where or on what web site

    I have facing the same thing... However when I went to check the security activity, I found that there are around 10 attempts to login into my account from around the world.

    I found attempts from Brazil, UK, Russia and more!!

    I could not find the flow of how to get this single code, so that i know what are they doing exactly, do they know my password and they use it then they face the single code or what! because i could not know how they get into the flow of the single code.

    I keep getting single-use codes that I did not request, so I assume someone is trying to hack my account. How can I ensure it is safe and secure?

    Um this isn't normal.

    In the pass 24 hours I've had several single-use code emails.

    This isn't an accident, so is there a breach that is allowing this? Because I am not opening any of those emails, but don't want to block it if it is using a real Microsoft alert.

    Maybe a notice or some real information would be great. You are great at pushing product, but suck at informing when there can be a breach or other

    security that might be occurring.
