I understand that you received an unsolicited CAPTCHA. The following diagram illustrates the possibility of an unsolicited code.

If you just received an unsolicited code out of the blue, the odds are that someone incorrectly entered an address (whose address may be similar to yours) when requesting the code.

Please ignore the email for now and observe if you continue to receive such emails please let me know again.

    Hello,

    Continuing on with the same theme, I have received 6 emails in the last two weeks for unrequested single-use codes. Surely there must be something Microsoft can do to stop these potential hackers from annoying everybody!
