I understand that you received an unsolicited CAPTCHA. The following diagram illustrates the possibility of an unsolicited code.

If you just received an unsolicited code out of the blue, the odds are that someone incorrectly entered an address (whose address may be similar to yours) when requesting the code.

Please ignore the email for now and observe if you continue to receive such emails please let me know again.

    I am trying to report 3 unrequested identification codes, so I do not believe this is a constant typo. I have ignored them, changed my password, and put a 2-factor ID on my account, but trying to report this has been very difficult.

    Please advise what else I am to do.
