Unable to complete authorisation as their is no interactive call in progress

I changed my microsoft password, now on my android phone i cant sign in to my email account.

I enter the new password, then enter the generated number on the authenticator, but then i receive the above message

I am able to access my emails on my laptop, but not my phone

    I had the same problem!

    They have finally fixed it !!!!

    Go to the galaxy store and update the Samsung email app !

    What version?

    I still have 6.1.95.14 from the Google Play Store, last updated 12th November 2024.

    The version I find on the Samsung store, for my S24 Ultra, is 6.1.94.2 from 7th October 2024. (although APKmirror shwos that has July 10th 24)

    Oh!! Nice to know.

    I uninstalled Samsung Email completely, rebooted the phone and installed the Version from Samsung Store. Now Version 6.1.94.2 is installed and I guess the problem is gone, temporarly.

    I will not update the App from Google Store until a new fixed Version is out.

    FINALLY!!

    i have just tried and can confirm:

    Version 6.1.95.14 from Google Play Store --> NOT WORKING

    older Version 6.1.94.2 from Galaxy Store --> WORKING!!
