Unable to complete authorisation as their is no interactive call in progress

I changed my microsoft password, now on my android phone i cant sign in to my email account.

I enter the new password, then enter the generated number on the authenticator, but then i receive the above message

I am able to access my emails on my laptop, but not my phone

    Samsung Email App Version 6.1.97.1 just released, with this version there are no problems, my mailboxes works again... finally...

    Let you know in a couple days if i have to remove and reinstall my account in the app.

    Odd, I am finding the same.

    The setup experience was different too, I entered my O365 email previously and it went off and then asked for my O365 credentials.

    On the older release it just goes straight to credentials and pulls down my avatar instead of showing the Exchange image.

    I suspect I can upgrade fine now but will hold off a bit, I only reset my phone completely a few days ago.

    FINALLY!!

    i have just tried and can confirm:

    Version 6.1.95.14 from Google Play Store --> NOT WORKING

    older Version 6.1.94.2 from Galaxy Store --> WORKING!!

    Oh!! Nice to know.

    I uninstalled Samsung Email completely, rebooted the phone and installed the Version from Samsung Store. Now Version 6.1.94.2 is installed and I guess the problem is gone, temporarly.

    I will not update the App from Google Store until a new fixed Version is out.
