Unable to complete authorisation as their is no interactive call in progress

I changed my microsoft password, now on my android phone i cant sign in to my email account.

I enter the new password, then enter the generated number on the authenticator, but then i receive the above message

I am able to access my emails on my laptop, but not my phone

    do you have version 6.1.97.1 installed? this is the only version working right now...

    So when exactly is this going to get fixed? Its still happening. I have to remove/re-download the app probably every other day. This is getting really frustrating. It's clearly a major bug with your app, so one would think that you should be looking into it, when it's been well over a month since this has been going on & your only solution is to tell people to keep deleting the app off their phones and re-installing?

    Great, wasnt there this morning, installed so lets see!

    Amazing to see a thread on the Microsoft Communities that actually has a resolution and hasn't asked anyone to run sfc or dism at all!
