Unable to complete authorisation as their is no interactive call in progress

I changed my microsoft password, now on my android phone i cant sign in to my email account.

I enter the new password, then enter the generated number on the authenticator, but then i receive the above message

I am able to access my emails on my laptop, but not my phone

    Same for me, also started couple days ago after the password change,

    At first my IT have reset all auth on their end and I have removed completely and recreated account in Samsung app and I worked for 2 days. then reoccurred again without me or IT changing anything

    Samsung S24 ultra, Samsung email app

    Same issue here, on company phone Samsung S21 Ultra.
    Your steps did not solve the issue.

    Latest email app version on phone.

    Does anyone got over this?

    Running Samsung Email app version 6.1.95.14 installed from Google Play Store.

    Play store shows Last update was 11/12/24

    app support shows as ******@samsung.com

    Hello,

    Same issue for me on my S24. I reinitialized my password on my MS365 company account Monday 25 and since then, impossible to reset my password on my "samsung email app".

    Do you foresee any solution to that issue which is very annoying as it doesn't allow me to have my emails on my phone?

    Our Company devices are starting to come down with this issue, more calls for assistance with every day that passes I suspect this might be due to some kind of App update from the play store

    Were all on Samsung phones from the A51 to A55 // A70 to A71 // And the XCover Devices 4s to 7

    All using Samsung email and all affected devices stop receiving emails as soon as they need to reauthenticate again
