Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
Are you able to confirm if that method reestablishes sync between Outlook's mobile app and Outlook's watch face?

EDIT: September 13, 2024:
As of Outlook version 4.2435.1 Outlook is working again on my watch for both email and calendar events. I had to wait a little bit after I installed this new version before calendar events started sinking, but everything does work now.
Original message:
When I launch the Outlook app on my Watch Ultra I get the error in below:
"Add an account on mobile to use the app"
I am running the Outlook app on my phone (S21) and have multiple accounts (Hotmail and Gmail) set up in the Outlook app.
The app refuses to open normally and function. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my watch. I've installed the app on the watch from the Play Store on my phone, and from the Play Store on the watch.
No change.
When I set up my Galaxy Watch Ultra I did not do a restore from my previous Galaxy watch, and I also cleared cache on the watch after setup, so the watch is as fresh as can be. The watch is up-to-date w/the most recent FW from Samsung, ver AXG2.

Please release an updated version of the Outlook app for Android watches that fixes this problem. Currently the Outlook Android watch app is unusable.

Hi, I can't do it, it's a company owned phone and it doesn't allow apk downloads. Thanks.
Version 4.2434.1 on the clock and still not working. We have been without access for a month and no response from MS.
Until MS fixes this issue, a free alternative to Sectograph for anyone that wishes to see Outlook (Office365) appointments on their Samsung watch (7 Ultra in my case) ...
You can configure your Outlook Phone App to sync with the Samsung Calendar app. This is done in Outlook Settings -> Calendar -> Sync Calendars. Once that's enabled, the watch's Calendar app now should show your meetings and appointments.
FWIW, I was able to get the Outlook watch app to work for Office365 emails, but it shows no events for the calendar.
