    Given the litany of shortcomings and complaints across the wider customer base over years, I wonder if Microsoft will do something similar as they did when a similar debacle occurred with OneNote and continue development of the classic desktop version which it seems, most customers prefer. We can only hope so.

    When I retired from work and had to set up my own computer at home, I decided to pay for MSOffice 365 because, (amongst other things) this was the best email system. I have all important mails filed for the last 15-20 years, and continually find myself going back to them. The new Outlook looks and feels just like the standard apple mail system so why would I pay extra for it?
