I think my microsoft account has been hacked

Good Morning:

My computer was hacked yesterday. They hackers knew all my information to my bank accounts and pretended to be employees of Microsoft and pretended to say they worked for the FBI. The number they were using were 209-245-9686.They said their name was Jason Brown and said his ID number was MS78062. They said I had been on a porn website at 4am in the morning. They knew my bank account numbers and numbers to my visa cards. What do I need to do so this will not happen again, I have put a hold on my bamk accounts and tell me do I have to take my computer to a special place since I have been hacked.

I got an email from my own Microsoft email saying I am hacked and asking for ransom

I believe I may have been scammed. A company calling themselves "Microsoft" locked my

computer and provided a number to call which I did and they proceeded spent about

an hour fixing my computer and charged me $2000,00 for a "Microsoft All-in-one firewall Protection

with Support Services for all devices".

The invoice has tour logo, phone number (2***1) and address Redmond, Washington

Name on bottom of invoice refers to "DATA COMPANY LLC"

Am wondering if this really Microsoft or am I out $2000.00 ?
