I tried to sign into my account but i forgot the password. I then tried to reset it but it seems my account is attached to a number im not familiar with. What can i do?

I keep getting Microsoft messages that my account is going to be closed. Also stuff from McAfee but I don't click on any links. Microsoft says lots of complaints of spam

In my Junk emails there are emails saying they could not post to ******@hotmail.com and that is not my email address so i think someone accessed my account from Vietnam it is telling me and now my emails are also going to that address.
