Duluge of SPAM from "agenciaidea.es"

After a fairly quiet six months-or-so, I am suddenly getting a flood of SPAM from "******@agenciaidea.es".

I am talking around 50-per-day, and sometimes in batches of several within a few minutes.

They all have the same format, with purple writing at the top and the "advert" appearing as an image below.

Also, the "To:..." is never my email address, but a Hotmail address with a load of random letters (e.g. "******@hotmail.com").

Help!

    I did that back when I was getting only 10 a day. I didn’t get any the rest of the day and the next it jumped to over 300.
