Why haven’t I got a response from my account recovery form that i submitted?

Hi I did the account recovery form for my friend as he lost access to his account due to suspicious activity and I filled out two forms but I haven’t gotten any positive or negative response back to me and the only exception was the security code that I got.

It says they will respond within 24 hours but it’s been at least over 30 hours as I filled them out on June 2nd. I know they can’t help with the account but is there any way to contact or speak to them about why it isn’t arriving in my email?

    I got a reply about my account saying I have violated terms and such on Skype so my account got suspended.

    Funny thing is I got hacked like almost 2 months ago and they tried to use Skype to send money to themself. I have not used the account in 10 years but now because of this I am being punished.

    Sadly they sent the email with no information on how I can resolve my issue or help

    Congratulations! Just curious, did you submit exactly the same information each time, or did you do something different when it was approved?

    I’m having the same problem! From the beginning of November 2024, I have filled in more than 30 recovery forms, but haven’t received any response. Very frustrating!

    You say help, but as far as I know. Nobody has gotten their account back. You'd think Microsoft would've done something with all of these complaints but they haven't. Maybe writing a letter to Microsoft or Bill Gates would get the job done😁
