Why haven’t I got a response from my account recovery form that i submitted?

Not to discourage you but my email has been blocked since september last year and I haven’t been able to recover it since. I’ve had to create a new emailaddress (never again with Microsoft!) and have been forced to change it literally everywhere!! I’ve given up because I’m sick of it. I’ve lost everything I had stored there, They win….I guess it’s their strategy…to make it so difficult that people just give up. I’m very frustrated and disappointed that the only way to recover your account is through the recovery form. There should be some other way to be able to prove that the account is yours. I’m the owner of the account and there’s no human way to access my own personal information and documents that are stored in there!!! It’s unbelievable!! Never again a Microsoft account!!!

i have had this issue since November of last year! Microsoft recovery is either no existent or all robots and do not take the facts into consideration. I have lost so much due to the Microsoft's team unwillingness to fix my issue or just pure lack of integrity. I am at a loss at this point folks, and at this point i am defeated. Start sorting out your back up emails now while you can. Sorry to say but it still does annoy me that Sony solved my issue in 20m but Microsoft can not even give me the time of day.

guess this is what happens when they have a security link in there skype system and it shuts off thousands of peoples accounts for no damn reason.

15 years of patronage down the drain. I hope a representative of Microsoft reads this and understands what's going on. And maybe even help me or these other people at least.

As bad as this sounds im glad i am not the only one who has had this happen this year. i have found many many many threads from year ago which didn't help. the only progress i got was the outlook app was an actual person and they were understanding but couldn't help.

I have tried 3 forms and the first one said i didn't have enough info so they blocked it. This all stinted from 27th of feb when my xbox had signed me out and wouldn't tell me if it was the wrong password and when i tried to reset the password it was an old back up from 16 years ago, i have everything run through it and found out that any app i use i can change to my new gmail account but it sends a 1 time pass code to my current/blocked email account. gmail has a 24/7 chat teams that font require you to be signed in and a call line that you can talk to real people who can help you.

Once i recover this im deleting my hotmail as ive made 4 outlook accounts and wants me to verify with another email or get a 6 digit number from my mobile which doesn't work.

I am trying to recover my account and I am not able to. I tried for both my accounts but didn’t receive any reply. Yes or no. I have so many important mails in my account and can’t receive or send anything. Pls help
