Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
This is the new development model for MSFT and even other software companies now, like a fully deployed beta test. They just toss things out and wait to see what is broken while the users suffer through it, and then ignore what everyone has to say about it. At the very least, tell people - "hey we know stuff is missing, bear with us."
They used to relegate this behavior to "Insiders" but my bet is so many people got tired of screaming into the wind there (myself included), that they bowed out and just decided to cast a wider net by experimenting on the user base. Fun.
Mind you, I still favor their ecosystem above all others, and am heavily invested in it. I just wish it seemed like they cared.
