How do you permanently turn off new outlook?

I don't like it, I don't want it, I am not going to switch to it, and I never want to see it again. For the longest time it would periodically switch to the new outlook, I would turn it off, and submit feedback stating the previous. Now it auto opens every single time. I do not ever want to see the new outlook again for the rest of my life. Do not make me switch to Mac or Linux or whatever because I am petty and will eventually become so disgruntled and delete everything Microsoft and never spend another dime on anything they make over something stupid. I want to know a way to permanently delete the new outlook off my system so it doesn't get to that point.

The solution, as always, is on Github.

    It works.
    Github Outlook remover

    Good Luck!

You're moving to GMAIL I'm moving to Mozilla Thunderbird.
If Ms. (Microsoft) keeps this up they're CUTTING THEIR OWN BUSINESS THROATS.

As for O.S. systems, there's now PLENTY to choose from so Ms. has less & less legs to stand on.

We know Ms. went WOKE, now they're going BROKE. Your loss Ms. not ours.

This has worked for me so far:

    • Let Outlook(new) install itself
    • Head to C:\Program Files\WindowsApps (It's a hidden folder.)
    • Look for a folder named Microsoft.Outlook.something
    • Right click > properties > security > special
      • Give yourself full access to the folder
    • Delete said folder

This will leave an installed but broken Outlook(new) app in your start menu. Don't uninstall it!
This broken installation can't run, thus it won't take over from Windows Mail, old Outlook, or anything else you wish to use.

I hope this will work for you, just as I hope it will last, unlike all my previous attempts to get rid of this borderline malware! 😅

How many here PAY their Internet Service per Gigabyte?

My point is, if Ms keeps automatically downloading this 'Outlook New' when we keep UnInstalling it, we should send Ms our Internet BILL!
