In the past few days, I've noticed if I tick emails in the Junk folder to "Report Phishing", they no longer go to the deleted folder. They disappear momentarily and I get the "nothing in junk icon, etc. but, if I go to the inbox and back to the Junk folder, those emails are still there in the Junk folder.

Same problem here. This started for me about a or two month ago I would say. It's very annoying.
I've chatted with an agent through their chat support. It took 5mn or less so I am happy with their support, for now.
They have received multiple complaints and are aware of the issue. Obviously there will be a fix coming up, we just don't know when.FOLKS: pls report the issue to the official Help line (because this is NOT the official help line), and also in your report do give them the link to this specific forum.
And make sure you enter your comment the forum to add weight...
Please post the official help line details
@magpiebaby I have a hard time finding the right link to their chat support. Most of the links I click on for help does not get me to an agent. Do you mind sharing the link to the live support so we can all report this? Thanks.
I have had the same problem and like the original poster. I had no success with the many options suggested. What I have found to work is report as normal. Let the emails come back to Junk and then select the three dots to the right hand side and click block and then it removes all those in the junk folder.
I don't know if that does anything except empty the junk folder
Thanks,
That's what I am doing now, report and empty the folder.
