In the past few days, I've noticed if I tick emails in the Junk folder to "Report Phishing", they no longer go to the deleted folder. They disappear momentarily and I get the "nothing in junk icon, etc. but, if I go to the inbox and back to the Junk folder, those emails are still there in the Junk folder.

This is absolutely ridiculous. This has been happening since the beginning of the month for me. Why does Microsoft always give the impression that they're incredibly incapable?

First with the broken KB update for Windows 10 where you had to manually reset your windows recovery drive/system in order for the update not to throw an error, and now this... I wonder what MS does when we report phishing emails. I wouldn't be surprised if they do absolutely nothing, or at least nothing effective to deter this type of behavior. I think they just block the email address from sending emails to your account.

Keep in mind, this is "Micro$oft Community forums" OBVIOUSLY not affiliated with Microsoft itself or, there would be comments from an "Expert" and this issue would be resolved by now ... 116 people so far with the same issue ... And these are only those who have found or use these Forums.

No different than the "kb504441" update so many, including myself haven't been able to install for 4 months now.

I am at a loss for words on where to turn for my computer needs, short of resorting to an Apple product!

Exact same issue here for both myself and my husband on two different outlook accounts on two seperate laptops.

Unsure of the phising is even being reported when the email is not being auto deleted,

I just started having this issue in the past couple of days as well. I did a big clean up of my mailbox a week ago.
