I'm not using "the new Outlook", I'm staying with the "classic Outlook". Since I don't use it, I have to delete the app. To my surprise, it re-installs itself after a period of time. It's super annoying since I have to keep deleting it How do I stop this from happening?

They are moth***uckers - they apper to have fixed it!!!
It says I cannot delete it it is being used by another program
Is there a way to do this for windows 11, as theres no C:\Program Files\WindowsApps on windows 11
