I'm not using "the new Outlook", I'm staying with the "classic Outlook". Since I don't use it, I have to delete the app. To my surprise, it re-installs itself after a period of time. It's super annoying since I have to keep deleting it How do I stop this from happening?

    I did...

That folder doesn't get deleted when you uninstall the app. Are you saying I need to remove it manually?

It says: "4. Create a new folder..." but that folder is already there.

Well, I went ahead and did all the process all over again, and it seems to be working so far, let's see if it lasts until tomorrow

AppData file is usually a hidden file. Must change the attribute but this worked for me. Thanks!

To change attribute, at top of open folder click on three dots, then options, view tab, click dot to show hidden files.
