I'm not using "the new Outlook", I'm staying with the "classic Outlook". Since I don't use it, I have to delete the app. To my surprise, it re-installs itself after a period of time. It's super annoying since I have to keep deleting it How do I stop this from happening?

It's strange... Each time i uninstalled Outlook, the folder has gone.
You probably didn't uninstall Outlook (new) from step 2.
Thank you for an easy and simple solution.
Although it seems new outlook is trying to install and has hung with a full progress bar any way to stop that?
How did you change permissions? I can't get in either.
