Is there an update on how to get spell check to work with the new outlook?

No worries - saw the message from @Bernd van der Meulen - defintely left click.

Everyone including the MS team need to go on a new training course to use this 'improved' version 🙄

This solution is cumbersome and it does not even work. I work in two different languages, often even in one email. Under the old outlook, I could select a part of the text and apply spelling check. Now it seems that I can select a second language in new outlook, but it does not actually act on it.

    Hi there,

Yes, I saw that too; give that developer (and the individual that approved this change) a cheap biscuit for their effort including their dreadful grasp of user interface requirements.

Also, have you noticed that incorrectly spelt words are not always underlined when incorrectly spelt? That's useful.

Another random 'feature' that I hate is the fact that, with an incorrectly spelt word that is underlined in red, if you zoom in or out of the page, the red line shoots off elswhere on the page, i.e. not connected to the incorrectly spelt word and may not necessarily 'find' the work again after resetting the zoom.

Seriously though, I like many of you I suspect, have reported this and nothing gets done. Frustrating.

Spell check is still there, only now you do not RIGHT click on the underlined incorrect words to get the correct spelling.

Now you LEFT click on the incorrect word & it gives you the correct spelling. Must be a comedian working in their coding room.
