Emails stuck in my draft folder

Have you found a solution? The only solution I'm finding online is to switch to the new outlook which nothing comes over from, so I lose hundreds of emails and folders. The other option is to create a new outlook profile, and a new email address. How on earth can I do that when this is used for business?

I HATE Microsoft with every fiber of my being. If I didn't have to use it for work, I wouldn't use it at all.

Exact same issue here. Emails have been stuck randomly in the "drafts" folder for the past couple of weeks. This is unbelievable. How can Microsoft let core features of their product get so disfunctional for multiple weeks on end after multiple users have reported the issue?!?!?

I have emails that appear and disappear in my draft folder but aren't appearing in 'sent.' It's hugely worrying and has happened twice now. They don't have large attachments but there is one recipient in common - could it be something to do with their email address?

This post is more than 1 year old. Everybody is having the same problem and Microsoft doesn't correct it. Outllook 365 is junk does not work and Microsoft does not give a ****.

The problem with this answer is that every time Miscrosoft reps tell us where to check configuration or settings you keep giving us OLD OUTLOOK instructions.

WHERE ARE THE NEW VERSION OF OUTLOOK INSTRUCTIONS. Talk about frustrating, because NOTHING is where you say it is.
