Emails stuck in my draft folder

Agreed, it seem to help if I don't touch my computer when "sending" is still visible. Tonight I sent 6 emails and then checked my sent file, four had sent, two ended up in drafts. I resent both in draft, one went, the other is still there after sending several times. Microsoft has to know this is a problem, but they don't seem to acknowledge it nor fit it. Grrrrrrrrr

Very upsetting of having to deal with the uncertainty, not speaking of the tremendous waste of time and the possibility of lost business! I am certain that hundreds of thousands of outlook users have the same problem. Why is the issue not being resolved by Microsoft?

Yes - I'm having the same issue. On top of that, the emails which haven't been sent and are sitting in drafts and appearing and disappearing, e.g. the drafts folder is showing that there are 11 drafts, but only actually showing 8 of them in the folder when you click into it. I have to click out of drafts and back in to see them all, and quote often some of them are disappearing in front of my eyes (so I click out and back in again and open the draft email as quickly as I can)!

I am having to watch each and every email go out (i.e. watching the drafts folder to make sure it goes from 1 to 0 when I press send, and then give it a few seconds because sometimes it goes back into drafts after it's "sent". Then I go into sent items to check it's actually gone.

The only way I can get these "stuck" emails out is to right click on them in the Drafts folder, choose forward and forward on to the original recipient and then delete the "stuck" draft. Incredibly tedious and time consuming.

It looks like this has been an issue for some time - what the heck of Microsoft doing (or not doing!)?! Ridiculous.

I have the same problem. I don't know if I am using classic or old outlook. There really is no way to tell. I have 365 installed and the other outloook installed. Things randomly get hung in the draft folder....with and without attachments. Please there has to be a solution. I love outlook because it aggregates all my work and other email accounts into one application. Microsoft give me a solution. I have force terminated; performed repairs; downloaded Outlook 365. Restarted all according to your white paper tech support. you have got to have a better solution.

Yeah, I thought of that. Problem is, it happens when I use Outlook for the Web, too.
