Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Today I re-installed my pc Win11 Pro (not because of this), everything is fully up to date, issue remains also in these conditions.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Hi, I'm running the new version of Outlook on Windows 11, and have connected to both my Uni (O365) and Gmail (Microsoft Cloud). O365 works fine, but the Gmail account doesn't sync read status back to gmail. I.e. outlook gets the correct read status from Gmail, and it syncs things like starring/flagging emails back to Gmail. But although I can mark things as read in Outlook, that status never syncs back to Gmail. The same is true on 3 different PCs, so it's not peculiar to one particular computer.
Any ideas?

Hi community,
the issue remains as of today.
(all the SW chain is up to date, settings are in place)
I can also confirm that the problem still exists.
In my case, the problem was consistent and reproduceable, but since January-February it went away by itself. I didn't change any configuration. Automatic updates are on.
Now It's working ok everytime.
This is my version:
