Unable to send emails to Yahoo accounts

Starting a couple of days ago, I am unable to send emails to Yahoo accounts from my Outlook email. Here is the error message I receive:

Your message wasn't delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, a connection to the remote server was closed abruptly.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that your email system is unable to connecto their email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

For Email Admins
This often indicates the recipient's firewall SMTP fixup setting or other firewall settings are preventing the SMTP protocol negotiation from succeeding.

    If you use custom domain, the solution is to create all required DNS records for your domain name.

    Another solution is to do nothing about it and accept the fact that your email domain name will no longer be able to send email to many major mail providers. Not trying to be rude. Just telling you the facts. Until you create those (SPF, DMARC, DKIM) records, the problem will never be resolved.

    Actually the fact that you quoted MSFT employee who gave you a solution but completely ignored the solution tells us that you don't understand it at all. What you need to do is hire an email administrator for your business or talk to them if you have an IT department.

    I had previously reported the problem in a post.

    After reviewing this colleague's information I can confirm that it does work. It will depend on the DNS record how quickly it is reflected.

    THANK YOU! This fixed it. I have an Office 365 business account, and Microsoft told me yesterday that it was a "known issue" and they were working on it.

    Because of other Outlook issues, I had to do a manual uninstall and whole reinstall of Office last week. I think during that process, the DKIM was set to "disabled".

    My Yahoo correspondent got my email this a.m.

    I am having the same issue. All yahoo accounts are not deliverable.
