Unable to send emails to Yahoo accounts

Starting a couple of days ago, I am unable to send emails to Yahoo accounts from my Outlook email. Here is the error message I receive:

Your message wasn't delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, a connection to the remote server was closed abruptly.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that your email system is unable to connecto their email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

For Email Admins
This often indicates the recipient's firewall SMTP fixup setting or other firewall settings are preventing the SMTP protocol negotiation from succeeding.

    I know where the rotate keys is and I just did that several weeks ago or earlier this year (I can't remember the exact time). My "deferred" email to Yahoo seems to have been resolved on its own. I see 2 email delivered instantly. One of them comes from the same (Microsoft SMTP) IP address that had a (SuspiciousRemoteServerError) problem yesterday. No problem today. Whatever it is, it's not DNS issue.

    I'm just telling you what Microsoft informed us to do on the domains that we manage that already had DKIM setup.

    They said we should rotate the keys every 6 months or so.

    Rotate DKIM? Done that 5 years ago. My problem isn't SPF, DMARC and DKIM related. Who knows what it is but I suspect it has to do with spam coming from Microsoft's SMTP servers.

    You seem to misunderstand my post. I got my DKIM records created back in 2019 along with SPF and DMARC. I've never had any problem emailing anyone at yahoo. It is only this week or yesterday Yahoo started deferring my email to them. No changes on my end.
