Using older versions of Outlook for Mac in business environments
Hello Stefan, I will be happy to help you with your question, I am a Microsoft consumer and Independent Advisors who cannot access accounts. The new Outlook for Windows brings the latest features, intelligent assisted capabilities and a new modern and simplified design to your Outlook app. Concerning the issue you are experiencing with the layout of the columns in the new Outlook application, you can change the layout of the application to your desired taste. Kindly follow the steps below to achieve this: 1. Launch the Outlook application. 2. Click on the View tab >> View Settings 3. From the View settings page, Select layout. On layout options, you can choose the way you want your inbox to be displayed. I hope this helps. However, to switch back to the old outlook application, please check the steps in the Official Microsoft documentation below: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/the-new-outlook-for-mac-6283be54-e74d-434e-babb-b70cefc77439#:~:text=How%20to%20switch%20back%20to%20Legacy%20Outlook Thank you for the kind understanding.
You didn't answer the question.
There is no place in the LAYOUT portion to add columns to the view. Please LEARN TO READ AND ANSWER THE QUESTION. If there is no solution, please say so.
I would also like to add columns! I'd also like to be able to move my columns to a different layout so the "RECEIVED" column is on the left of the "FROM" column. Also want the Categories column as well.
MICROSOFT... this is why you guys are not #1 anymore. You think you know better than your customers. Would be nice to be able to still manipulate the layout the way I want it! Not the way one of you clowns in an office think we all should look at it.
If you want to add features, GREAT! But leave the old ones. NEW OUTLOOK sucks. Going back to the old one until you guys get your heads out of your butts.
