I have been blocked from my hotmail account

I think this is the problem. I chose the text message verified the last 4 digits, but never got a text with a code, so then I chose an alternate method and it runs you through "stupid" questions like the last emails addresses that you recently received and specific subject. I don't know about you but I don't memorize all the email i send or receive, so needless to say they won't unlock my email . I counted the * of the phone number that I use to verify, and I believe there are too many numbers. How would I go about checking and changing that? I have had this email since the beginning of emails and have not had anything like this happen. I was just in this email last week and now this. HHEELLPPP!!!!!

I'm having the same problem, Hotmail account blocked, even introducing the right password, codes, answering the questionnaire and still blocked, Microsoft thinks there's not sufficient information to unlock the account!!!

Did anyone manage to unlock the account?

Is there a contact number, email address that we can talk to?!!

I have the same problem. I have changed the password usin g the authenticator app but it still says you've been blocked> What;s that about. How can I access it?

Did you find any solution? As I’m having the same problem and I have no help, or response?
