Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Yes! Mine is totally attached to my GoDaddy domain! Right on! Thank you sooo much! You are epically awesome! :)

When I click on my People / Contacts in Office, the left panel is completely blank (where my contacts should be). My emails are in the right panel from having clicked to People from Email. I am not able to see, add, or access my contacts at all in Outlook now. I have in the past and I know I have contacts stored in Outlook.

I finally called go daddy and asked them if they could help since that's where I have my domain. They said they're aware of the problem in the Web browser edition and suggested I download the app. If you're email is attached to a domain via Go Daddy that would be the reason!
I'm sorry, I know you said this is the classic forum, but do you have any advice to fix the problem in Google Chrome on the New Outlook online web version?
I have never downloaded the desktop app or synched it. I have always used the online web version. And then one day a few weeks ago it looked updated and my contacts quit loading, unable to edit, and I can't add new contacts. Just like everyone else. Just a blue loading line at the top. That's how I ended up stumbling across this thread.
I have done all the suggestions I have found so far. I have deleted my cookies and browsing history and cache. I have reset my home internet. I have deleted all my contacts and re-imported them. I've also tried a few other things, but a lot of the solutions I'm finding are for the desktop app and not the online version. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes now you mention it I found that too. What also annoys me it keeps sending copies of a random few of my emails to an old business associate of mine who used to be in my contact list with an email address for a mail server that went out of business long ago, and it returns a series of messages to say the email can not be delivered and a lot of Blah. I have his latest correct address but as I moved cities 7 years ago I have not sent him an email since moving. I have searched my computer for this old address and his name came up in an old backup to the web which did not allow me to delete but not the old email address. I wonder if I might still have him in my contact list but of course I can not see it. Before you ask I tried a test email and put his name in the To: box but nothing came up, whereas it does for others I frequently contact. I date this issue starting some time in August straight after a Windows 11 update.
